Start with your space

Your room.
Your way of meeting.

Room size is a starting point. Layout, acoustics and the way you meet shape the right setup.

The Flexible approach

A room that works.
A plan that makes sense.

We'll look at your space, existing equipment and Microsoft setup, then talk through the options, costs and responsibilities.

From cameras and microphones to connectivity, licences, setup and handover: the details belong in one clear plan.

A flexible way to fund your room

Upgrade the room.
Spread the cost.

Better meetings need the right equipment. Leasing can spread eligible hardware costs into monthly rentals, helping keep capital available for the day job.

Subject to eligibility, finance provider approval and agreed terms.

Useful AI. Clear expectations.

Less distraction.
More conversation.

Intelligent camera framing and noise reduction can help people follow the discussion. Availability depends on the equipment, room licences and settings.

Meeting recap and Copilot features have their own eligible user-licence and policy requirements. We'll check what is included before you commit.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is this the same as Teams Phone?

No. Teams Rooms equips a shared meeting space for video meetings. Teams Phone handles business telephone calling. They can sit alongside each other, but have different requirements.

Can we use our existing screens?

Possibly. We'll check screen connections, size, position and compatibility before recommending what to keep or replace.

Does our Microsoft 365 licence cover the room?

A Teams Room needs a suitable Teams Rooms licence. An ordinary user licence is not a substitute; we'll check room and user requirements together.

Can we spread the hardware cost?

Yes, we can explore leasing for eligible equipment. We'll explain the monthly rental, term and any upfront or end-of-term payments. Finance provider approval and agreed terms apply.
